I have just listened to an excellent interview by Phillip Adams with Ophelia Benson and Jeremy Stangroom on yesterdays episode of Late Night Live.
They have written a new book “The Dictionary of Fashionable Nonsense – : A Guide for Edgy People”. This is a satirical dictionary and sounds like it would be fun to read.
They also have a website: Butterflies and Wheels.
The aim of the website is to fight “Fashionable Nonsense” – psuedoscience and other claims of truth based on politics or emotion.
